Role Description

Join our Telco Account and provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a seamless customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through appropriate communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company policies.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Alphaland.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
