Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least SHS Grad. or Bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong customer service skills.
