• Native Korean speaker / Native-level Korean proficiency – REQUIRED.
• Fluent in Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years in customer service or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a native Korean speaker with native-level proficiency in Korean and fluency in English, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Experienced in communicating effectively with Korean customers and providing exceptional customer service.
