Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Document all interactions with customers in the system.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
