Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Working Conditions: May require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays
