Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in call centre environments is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to solve problems effectively and work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.
