Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with cruise bookings, inquiries, and reservations
- Provide accurate information about cruise packages, itineraries, and promotions
- Handle basic sales transactions and upsell cruise services when applicable
- Support travel partners with booking requests and account concerns
- Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or College Graduate
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn
Salary Package:
₱23,500 – ₱26,500 (depending on qualifications)
