JOB SUMMARY:

• Truck monitoring
• Truck booking
• GC monitoring
• Truck replacement
• S-Commerce (new account)
• FCL and LCL Back up

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-COMMERCE AND S-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

• With experience in managing vendor operations, coordinating truck bookings, and monitoring deliveries to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Skilled in scheduling transportation , tracking shipment,, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners and resolving delivery issues.
• Experienced in accurate shipment record, monitoring inventory movement and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and service-level agreement (SLA)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment while supporting efficient supply claim and logistics operations.
• Other tasks as may be assigned by Supervisor from time to time
