Job Role
As a BPO Agent for the Telco Account, you will assist customers with their concerns, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service through voice interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Good English communication and interaction skills
- BPO experience is preferred but NOT required
- Voice account experience is an advantage
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- ₱30,000 salary package
- Bigger basic pay + skills premium pay
