Qualifications:
- At least 1 year Tech Support / Technical Customer Service experience
- Voice / International BPO experience
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- B2 English proficiency
- Tech-related course is preferred
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- With NBI Clearance

- Handle customer concerns related to retail products and services.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and step-by-step assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
