Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding T-Mobile mobile services, accounts, billing, and general inquiries.
• Assist customers with account management, plan information, payments, and service-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic mobile device, network, and connectivity issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process service requests, account updates, upgrades, and other customer transactions accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and actions taken accurately in the company’s systems.
• Meet established performance standards, including quality, customer satisfaction, attendance, and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex technical or account concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualification

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent.
• No BPO experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable handling voice calls.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
