Setup: Night Shift / Shifting schedule

Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY. The role involves handling international voice accounts, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Educational Background:

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience
• OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
• Healthcare experience is an advantage!

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail

Work Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Can start immediately
