We seek Call Center Agents dedicated to assisting others! In this position, you will serve as the reliable contact our clients trust, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and confirming that each interaction ensures they feel respected and appreciated.
What You'll Do:
Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.
Explain products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Update customer records and account information.
Keep detailed notes of every customer interaction.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
