Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide professional and efficient assistance to customers. The role may involve handling customer concerns through voice or non-voice channels, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Provide accurate and professional customer assistance
• Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good comprehension and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
