Job Description
- Provide customer support through chat and email channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and promptly.
- Assist customers by providing appropriate information and resolving concerns.
- Maintain proper grammar, clarity, and professionalism in all written communication.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School graduate.
- With 1–6 months or more of BPO experience.
- Good English comprehension and written communication skills.
- Strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to undergo training and start as soon as possible.
