Technical Support Associate - Davao City

Location: Davao City, Davao del Sur

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary Package:₱16,500 – ₱19,500/month



Job Requirements:

• Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through phone, chat, or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to products or services.
• Assist customers with account setup, device configuration, and general technical inquiries.
• Clearly explain troubleshooting steps and solutions to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
