Location: Davao City, Davao del Sur

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary Package:₱14,500/month

Job Requirements:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate (K–12), depending on the account requirements.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with food orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding service.
