Position: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Location: Luisa Bldg. 1. Martina IT Park. Mc Arthur Highway. Matina. Davao City

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

- At least Sr High Grad or High School Graduate Curriculum

- Preferably with call center experience but not required

- Salary Package:

- Php 16,500 – No BPO Experience

- Php 19,500 and above – With BPO Experience
