Call center agents serve as the main point of contact between the company and its customers. They handle inbound and outbound inquiries, resolve customer concerns, process orders, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What you'll do daily:
Answer customer calls
Explain products clearly
Solve problems and answer queries
Update client files
Take detailed call notes
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
