Description
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:Entry Level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Qualities and Traits:Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Working Conditions:Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends may be required
