Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries regarding their health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, policy details, and available healthcare benefits
- Handle customer concerns related to claims, billing, authorizations, and healthcare services
- Assist members in understanding their benefits and available options based on their plan
Job Requirements
MEDICAL ACCOUNT
• At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college
• BPO experience is not required – freshers are welcome to apply
