We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Financial Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking and financial service inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve account-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer support through phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, payments, and other financial service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Protect customer information by following data privacy and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Financial Account experience in a BPO
• Bank Teller experience
• Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent experience
• B2 (Upper Intermediate) English communication skills or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
