What you'll do

• Assist customers with their inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and account-related matters.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling accounting-related queries (preferably).
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and terminology (e.g., invoices, payments, credits, reconciliations).
• Experience supporting an Australian account is highly preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
