Client Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions using Adcaelum’s full suite of services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
