CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Work Location: INGCO Service Center

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Work Setup: Onsite

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management, or any related field
• With experience in customer service, client relations, after-sales support, or service center operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing multiple customer transactions while maintaining service quality
• Familiar with preparing service-related documents, reports, and customer records
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to coordinate effectively with technicians, service personnel, and other departments
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Able to remain professional and composed when handling customer concerns
• Willing to learn service center processes, repair workflows, and after-sales procedures
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Available to start as soon as possible

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product repairs, service requests, and after-sales concerns
• Assist customers by providing accurate information about service procedures, repair status, and company policies
• Receive, record, and process customer concerns, repair requests, and service transactions
• Coordinate with service technicians and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Monitor service progress and provide customers with updates regarding repair completion and service schedules
• Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and transaction logs
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary
• Assist in preparing service reports and operational documentation as required
• Support front-desk and service center operations to ensure efficient customer assistance
• Promote a positive customer experience through professional and courteous service
• Perform other customer support and administrative duties assigned by management
