Join our Clinical Healthcare Account and provide exceptional support to members by assisting with healthcare-related inquiries, benefits, eligibility, claims, and pre-authorization requests. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive member concerns professionally.

Selling Points

• Clinical Healthcare Account
• College Graduate or Associate Graduate — any course
• BS Nursing graduates are not eligible
• At least 2 years of Call Center experience
• Experience handling international healthcare accounts
• Experience catering to members, particularly in:
• Pre-authorization (Pre-Auth)
• Benefits and Eligibility
• Claims
• Work Location: Quezon City
• Strong English communication and customer service skills

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for candidates with solid international healthcare/BPO experience who are knowledgeable in member services and comfortable handling benefits, eligibility, claims, and pre-authorization concerns.

Compensation

Upon Hire:

• ₱25,000 Basic Pay
• ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
• ₱10,000 Sign-On Bonus (SOB)
