- Receives, reviews, and processes Purchase Orders (POs) and Job Orders (JOs), ensuring that all customer requirements and order details are accurate and complete
- Prepares Delivery Receipts (DR) accurately and ensures that all information corresponds with approved Purchased Orders, Job Orders, and delivery schedules
- Monitors and maintains systematic records of all Purchase Orders, Job Orders, Delivery Receipts, and related customer documents for easy retrieval and reference
- Verifies ordered products against Job Orders and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
- Ensures that Purchase Orders, Job Orders, Delivery Receipts, and related documents are properly updated, organized, and filed in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinates with Sales, Warehouse, Production, PPIC, and accounting departments regarding order status, product availability, delivery schedules, and customer concerns
- Provides timely updates to customer regarding order processing, delivery schedules, and product availability to ensure customer satisfactions
