- Answering questions about a company's products or services, to provide quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and prospects
- Assist Walk-In customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing transactions of walk-in clients, assist with orders, payments and request, ensure accurate documentation of customer transactions
- Maintain customer records of walk-in clients
- Answering customers inquiries/ Primarily receives telephone calls and address their inquiries
- Handling customer feedback, customer survey and summarizing customer satisfaction survey results
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Responding to customer reviews to product or company reviews written by customers
