- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with the processing of orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Marketing graduate
- Can do field work
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools
