- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
- In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
