  • Document interactions and follow up on customer issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Educational Qualifications: College Graduate or Undergrad completed at least 2nd year completer.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
