Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with possible shifts; fast-paced environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, empathetic, and patient approach, with a positive attitude toward customer care.
