  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving issues and providing product information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using customer service software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require working evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
