  • Assist customers with inquiries related to solar energy products and services.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, organizational skills, sales pitching and closure, knowledge of sales pipeline, and call center experience.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inquiries, promote products, and maintain customer satisfaction.
