  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Record and track customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide information on promotions, products, and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience and timely resolution.

  • Willing to work onsite
