Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and trends.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client needs.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
