Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Tier 1 Travel Account, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries, reservations, and support needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive travel experience for our valued customers.


Requirements

• Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old

• At least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role, with in-depth experience with GDS Tool - Sabre/Amadeus or at least 1 to 3 years CCE handling international travel account that uses GDS Tool - Sabre/Amadeus

• Preferably reached College level; Minimum of 4 years in High School following the old curriculum or its equivalent of Junior High School in the new K-12 curriculum

• Average to Excellent communication skills

• B2+ Aspiring Minds CEFR w/ 21 Basic Analytical Ability Score
