Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
