The Assistant Manager / Team Leader – Insurance Claims is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the claims team, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient claims processing. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and company standards. The Assistant Manager / Team Leader is expected to drive team performance, maintain service quality, and support operational goals.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years of College Education
- 2 years of experience in BPO
