Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning systems
  • Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the Engineering Department
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all after-sales service activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare parts sales forecasts and monitor inventory requirements
  • Negotiate service agreements and contracts
  • Review project costing and pricing to maximize profitability and secure bids
  • Manage the department's credit and collection activities
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the engineering team
  • Coordinate with customers during equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Provide updates to management on escalated service concerns and recommend appropriate actions
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and operational reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
