FLOWERSTORE.PH, Philippines' #1 Online Gift Store, is looking for SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES to help in accomplishing the following duties and


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Support the company's operations
  • Other tasks that may be required which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties


Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service is a plus
  • Smart, friendly and hardworking
  • Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good attentive listening skills
  • Comfortable in using own device
