Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Support team members with tasks as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
