Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating healthcare-related services.
• Verify and update patient or client information while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process documentation, records, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably a graduate of a medical-allied course.
• Undergraduate applicants with at least 3rd-year college standing may also be considered.
• Graduates of non-medical allied courses are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and willing to learn new systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifting schedules, including night shifts if required.

Compensation:

• Salary: PHP 16,000 – PHP 22,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Candidates with higher salary expectations may still be considered based on relevant experience.
