Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product locations
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Operate cash register and process payments (if assigned)
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Support other store operations as needed
