Description
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Technical Skills, and Call Centre operations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers professionally and courteously
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers
