Responsibilities:
- Enter and update patient and healthcare records
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data
- Review documents for errors and completeness
- Support administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare data entry or medical administration
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and typing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
