- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6 months - 2 years experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency
