Description

  1. Responsible as the main contact person in preventive maintenance and warranty.
  2. Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
  3. Provide assistance in all related application queries.
  4. Proactive call for customer maintenance schedule.
  5. Responsible for dissemination of information to customers.
  6. Handles and endorses customer complaints and inquiries.
  7. Maintain customer data base.

Requirement

  1. Graduate of any business-related course.
  2. Preferably with a customer service background or experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
