• Foster positive, long-term relationships by ensuring every interaction meets high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of member accounts, perks, and service offerings to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6–12 months of customer service or a related role.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
