Description
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the development of patient care plans and promote adherence.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 6months BPO experience in any account
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health records
